We use semi automatic core shooter machine for better results.
We use ingots and Honey Brass as a raw material which comes with a fixed percentage of copper and lead unlike others where scrap is mixed with zinc in an uncontrolled environment. We have an in house electric furnace with thermostatic control.
We use CNC Lath Machine & Heavy duty imported double spindle machines for machining processes like Boring, Turing, Drilling.
We grind the faucet to give smooth finish and check every single piece for our satisfaction.
Our products go through digitally controlled three layers electro plating plant for extra shiny look of our product.
After casting, machining and electroplating, products are ready to assemble. Our assembling unit is perfect for their work. Every product is first assembled, checked and go through a high water flow testing.
After all major testing, products are ready to market by Laser Printing Machine and packed. Now the product is ready to dispatch.
